Ashur Scott Edward Curtis

Ashur Scott Edward Curtis, infant son of TJ and Audrey Curtis, passed away peacefully in his parent’s arms on June 8, 2019. He was born June 8, 2019 at 5:45 PM at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He weighed 2 lbs, .05 oz and was 14″ long. Though Ashur spent only a short time on earth, those few hours were full of nothing but love, comfort, and hope.

Ashur joins his maternal grandfather, Jeff Fayette; maternal great-grandparents, Sue and Dale Wolcott; paternal great-grandfather, Oscar Richie, in Heaven. He is survived by loving parents, TJ and Audrey Curtis; siblings, Carter White (7), Karleeigh Curtis (5), Russell Curtis (3), and Octavia Curtis (1); maternal grandmother, Leah Fayette; paternal grandparents, Tony and Margaret Curtis; paternal great-grandmother, Verna Richie; aunts, Katie Kunkler and Stacey Curtis; uncle, Colty Curtis; as well as a host of extended family and friends who loved Ashur from the start.

Friends and family are invited to visit Wednesday, June 12 from 10:30 AM-12 PM at West Morris Church, 2302 W. Morris Street, Indianapolis, IN 46221. Funeral services will take place at 12 PM same day.
