Age 88, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 01, 2017. He was born January 27, 1929 in Paoli, Indiana to Josie Hooten.
Arnold was drafted into the Army where he received two Purple Heart medals for his brave service in Korea. Upon returning home, he found employment with Allisons, where he retired in 1991. He will be remembered as a humble, family man who enjoyed traveling, fishing, and camping, where he lovingly went by “Casanova” on the CB radio of his RV.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Josie Hooten, wives, Mildred, Eva, and Mary, son, David, and grandsons Josh and Joey. Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Ginny, Mike, Angie (Mildred), Bryon (Eva), Linda, Steve, Mike, Kathy (Mary) as well as many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit from 4-8 PM Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapolis, with services on October 6 at 1 PM at the funeral home.
