Anthony Wayne (“Bird”) Napper 66, of Indianapolis passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020.  He was born on November 26, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Leanord Lee Napper and Edith May (Higgs) Napper.

Anthony served in the U.S. Marine Corp in the Vietnam War.  He had a passion for dogs.  He especially loved his sister’s dog Chewy.  Anthony also had a passion for cooking.  His favorite meals to make were meatloaf, chicken salad and a variety of other special items.  Anthony was an all-around wonderful personal and loved to make people happy.  He was such a giving person.  He would even give you the shirt off his back in order to help anyone in need.

Anthony is survived by his siblings, Joan Bailey-hofmeister, Vicky Cooke; brother, Kevin Napper (Kdon), Lona Jean Lumpkin, Robert Ray Napper (“Sugie”), Penny Moore, Melissa Woodall.  He is preceded in death by his parents Leanord Napper and Edith May Young; Jerry Lynn Napper; and his stepfather Roy Young.
