Anthony Allen Crandall

Indianapolis, Indiana – Anthony Allen Crandall, 59, passed away after being comforted by family and friends at home on May 1, 2024. Tony was born to parents Walter Crandall and Mary Hartley on Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, on September 7, 1964.

Tony worked for Walmart in their human resources department for many, many years until his eventual retirement due to ongoing health concerns.

Tony’s real joy though was in music. He listened to a large range of music, anyone from the Beatles, Kiss, or his favorite, AC/DC, to opera artists or Billy Joel. A master of music trivia, he and the love of his life Traci, could often times be found taking down all challengers.

Tony was also known for the love he had for his family and friends. He was always a prankster, who loved playing poker or board games with the people closest to him. He could be found relaxing during rounds of golf with his brother, playing Legend of Zelda at home, or following Jimmie Johnson and other NASCAR drivers.

Tony is preceded in death by his father, Walter Crandall, and son Joshua Bullock.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Traci; mother Mary Hartley; daughter Sabrina Fishburn (Paul); son Matthew Davis (Agatha); brother Patrick Crandall (Kathy), sister Breezy; grandchildren Jason Means (Kaylee), Natalie Fishburn, Austin Fishburn, Savannah Fishburn, and Sevhen Davis; and nephews Patrick and Jason Crandall.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, at 3 pm.
