Anne Elizabeth (Stewart) Herald

Anne E. (Stewart) Herald, 70, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on June 5, 2019.

Anne is a 1967 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School, attended I. U. for one year, and then retired from the Indianapolis Marion County Library system, after working there for over 35 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Elizabeth Stewart and husband Thomas Herald; all of Indianapolis; sister-in-law, Beth Harper; and furbabies Wiggles and Toby.

Anne has one sister, Jane E. Layman (Russ); a nephew, Christopher Williams (Judith); niece, Gabriella Layman; great nieces, Lauren and Stephanie; plus her extended family on her late husband’s side; Bob (Anna), Glenn (Debbie), Cathy (Brownie), Chrystal (Jason), Christopher, Jacob and Ed.

Anne was kind hearted and considerate to all and never knew a stranger. She will be missed and remembered by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 10:30AM at Floral Park Cemetery.
