Anne Davis McEuen Alia, 75, went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on Feb. 18. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Born in 1947 in Owensboro, KY, to Byron McEuen and Dolores Davis McEuen, Anne grew up in Jeffersonville, IN. While attending Indiana University, she met and married Joseph Alia of Fairlawn, New Jersey. She studied speech and theater at IU further preparing her for her lifelong love of acting. She was a talented and accomplished actress, pianist and singer.
Anne has come to the end of her long struggle with Parkinson’s disease. She is survived by her son, Christopher John Alia, (Stephanie), grandchildren Christopher Joseph Alia (Elizabeth), Alex Danser, Savannah Riley, great granddaughter Gracelynn Alia, mother Dolores “Dodie” McEuen, sister Gail Goens (Bruce), and nephews Jeffrey Goens and James Goens.
Anne was a member of College Park Church and will be buried at Zionsville Cemetery following a private ceremony at Flanner Buchanan—Zionsville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to College Park Church, Indianapolis. Give – College Park Church – Online Giving
