Anna L. Patterson

Anna L. Patterson, 87 of Indianapolis, passed away on August 31, 2017. She was born on April 9, 1930 in Vincennes to the late Charles and Marie Young.

Anna enjoyed cooking, gardening, and was an accomplished seamstress. Many friends and family members were recipients of her Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. She volunteered to cook meals for the churches she attended and their charitable events.

Anna was preceded in passing by her parents, brothers Charles Jr., Joseph, Faye, Neal, and John, sisters Agnes, Margaret, Sandy, and Ruth.

Anna is survived by her loving husband, Robert E. Patterson; her children, Jeffery (Teresa) and Jon (Kim) Patterson; two grandchildren, Jacob (Amber) Patterson and Luke (Allison) Patterson, and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan – Speedway, 2950 N High School Rd, with the service immediately following.
