Anna Jane Neiswinger

Anna Jane Neiswinger, age 82 of Indianapolis passed away on December 21, 2016. She was born February 19, 1934 in Bowling Green, Indiana to Robert and Bessie Oberholtzer. Anna married Bennie Neiswinger in 1952. That year, they moved to Indianapolis and Anna began her career as a Bookkeeper. She worked for Westinghouse, National Acceptance and retired in 2002 from Speedway, International. She enjoyed gardening, quilting and sewing and was a member of the Decatur Quilt Guild.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, David Maurice Oberholtzer, a sister, Alice Keough and two half-sisters, Katherine and Cletus Fern Johnson. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 65 years, Bennie Neiswinger, her children, Karen Maines, Wanda Edwards and Julia (Buck) Bailey, brothers, Robert (Anna Grace) Oberholtzer and Paul (Shirley) Oberholtzer and two grandchildren, Anna Dugger and Emily Dugger.

Friends may visit from 11:00 AM until service time at 1 PM, Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur Township, 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis.
