Ann Walker Kloc

Ann Walker Kloc, 49, of McCordsville, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022 after a brief illness.  She was born on August 30, 1972 in South Bend, IN to Martin Daus and Judith Ann (Janowiak) Butler.  Ann was a 1990 graduate of John Adams High School and earned her B.A. from Ball State University, graduating in 1994 with a Public-Administration, Political Science degree.

Ann worked as a Director of Land Acquisition for Beazer Homes.  Her specialties consisted as a licensed realtor in new home construction sales, mortgage financing, entitlement in zoning and homeowners association management. Ann was in the Home and Commercial building industry for over 25 years in the Indianapolis area.  She served her community of McCordsville and sat on the parks department board; Ann also spent time leading 2 of her children’s Boy and Girl Scout troops.  Ann also worked on the PTO board for her children’s schools.  She found passion in giving back to her community and volunteering with the Sharing Place and facilitated dress drives for school dances.  Ann had a passion for her love of music, traveling, and spending time in the outdoors. Her love was watching her children playing sports, participating in scouts and 4H.

Ann will be remembered for her hard work and ethics, her love for family and friendships and giving back to her community. Ann was a caring and loving mother and wife and daughter. She was reliable and was the rock in her family.

Ann is survived by her husband of 16 years, Karl E. Kloc; her children, Drew Walker, Evan Kloc, and Jillian Kloc; her mother, Judy Butler; her brother, Scott Butler; and her mother in-law, Judy Kloc.  She is also survived by her extended family with brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles along with cousins.  Ann was preceded in death by her father, Martin Butler; and her grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 10:30am-1pm at Northview Church Fishers Campus, 14842 E 136^th St, Fishers, IN 46037, with funeral services to follow at 1pm.  Memorial contributions are encouraged to the Northview Church Carmel Campus, 12900 Hazel Dell Pkwy, Carmel, IN 46033.  Friends are invited to leave online condolences for the family at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
