Ann Rose Kolmerten

Ann R. Kolmerten passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 95. Ann was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 1, 1924 to John and Sarah Miklus who preceded her in death. Her sister Alberta (Jim) Giltner, her son John (Carolyn) Gerhart and her daughter Bonnie (David) Nuccio also preceded her in death.

She was active in the Optimist Club of Indianapolis serving as President of the Club and the America Business Women’s Association, Peru, IN, also serving as President. Ann was a charter member of the Zionsville Presbyterian Church serving as a Deacon.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth. She is also survived by her son Larry (Jean) Gerhart; her step-children Karla (Jim) Powell and Fritz (Nancy) Kolmerten; nine grand-children; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Zionsville Presbyterian Church or a Charity of your choice.
