Alexander Steven Wrona

Alexander S. Wrona of Zionsville, Indiana passed away on June 3, 2022 at the age of 67. He battled pancreatic cancer for 7 years and never gave up.

He was born May 25, 1955 in East Chicago, IN to the late Alexander S. and Rose P. Wrona.

Alex was passionate about football and played defensive back at Butler University. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation, he began his career at Roadway Express where he became a Terminal Operations Manager in Lebanon and Lafayette, IN.

His next career began when he started and retired from his own company TF Logistics.

Alex loved many things – sports, travel, beaches, parties, golf; by far his greatest love was his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Cinda Lou Wrona; sons Stephen Wrona (Cara) and Eric Wrona (Yasmin); grandchildren Hudson and MaryRose Wrona; 5 nieces; and 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and both brothers Jeff and Mike Wrona.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 18 at the Thornhill Club House, 1885 Corniche Drive, Zionsville, IN from 3 to 6 PM.
