Aeretta Church

Aeretta Church, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 28th, 2020. She was born in West Virginia, on May 25th, 1934, to parents, The Late Millard and Nora (Treadway) Stark.

On May 27^th, 1953, she married the love of her life, Curtis M. Church. They spent many wonderful years together. Curtis passed away December 18, 1980.

Aeretta had many jobs in her lifetime. She worked at Saint Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, Rise Learning Center, and MCL Cafeteria.

Aeretta was a loving, hardworking woman. She liked to stay busy and adored her family. Aeretta enjoyed relaxing in her recliner, conversing with her neighbors, and working in the yard.

She is survived by her three children Debbie (Jerry) Freund, Cathy (Billy) Garrigus, and Mike (Tiffany) Church; three grandchildren Tasha Osborne, Heather and Austin; two great-grandchildren Cheyenne Shrum and Curtis; and one brother Jim Stark.

Besides her parents, Aeretta is preceded in death by her husband Curtis and her 8 siblings.

Private Services will be held at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East.
