Vivian Petersen Ammerman Reed
96, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 11, 2016. Vivian attended Lindenwood College and graduated from Purdue University in 1941. She was a member of Carmel United Methodist Church, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Alpha Nu Latreian Club and Early Learning Indiana. She was preceded in death by husbands, John M. Ammerman and Lowell C. Reed. Survivors include her daughters, Sally L. Ammerman and Peggy Ammerman Sailors; granddaughters, Gretchen L. Sealy and Colleen M. Sealy; sister, Greta L. Schwei. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 4 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple. Memorial contributions may be made to Early Learning Indiana or the Alzheimer’s Association.
