Shirley Ann Morris

Shirley Ann Morris, 78 of Indianapolis went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2018.

She was born March 30, 1939 in Monticello, Kentucky to the late Hiram and Zola Crabtree.

Shirley will be remembered for her feisty nature, her cartoons especially Sponge Bob who she referred to as Cheese Ball, and her love of animals including her many stuffed animals.

She is survived by her children Donald Morris (Chris), Vicky Barnes, Patty Barnes (Joe), Betty Morris, Kathy Morris (Dino); 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; brother Willie; and her beloved cat LeStat.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Morris; parents Hiram and Zola Crabtree; and siblings Jo Ed, James, Edna, Della, Bessie, Annie, and Geneva.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 12 from 12 to 2 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM at the funeral home with burial following at Washington Park East Cemetery.
