Ronald W. Reed

79, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 13, 2016. Ron was born on January 29, 1937 in Indianapolis, IN to the late LeRoy and Esther (Carter) McKinney. Ron proudly served his country in the National Guard. After service, Ron worked for Olin Brass for many years, before retiring. He was member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge and Lakeview Christian Church. He is survived by his sons, Clay (Tresa) Reed, Randy (Debora) Reed, daughter Diane Freeman, 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday from 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park, with services Saturday at 11:00am in the funeral center. Entombment will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery.
