Robert (Bob) M. Farley, 67, of Greenfield, formally Indianapolis, IN. passed away March 30, 2023, after a short battle with Cancer. He was born on August 17, 1955, in Hamilton, OH to parents William W. and Margie M. (Hall) Farley.
Robert was a retired CDL driver for Best Way Disposal, Calderon Brothers Vending and Roslyn Bakery. He was also a US Army veteran.
Bob was quick witted, and a Master of Sarcasm and Snark. He had many phrases that the family has dubbed Bob-isms. He loved all things chocolate, NASCAR, and anything Hemi related including his first car a 1970 Road Runner.
Bob graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1973 and immediately went to Basic Training in the Army.
Bob is survived by sons Richard Farley (Kelly Linhart), James Everett (Patrina Everett), and Daniel Farley, sister Susan Farley, and nephews Brian Moore and Brent Moore.
He was preceded in death by his parents William and Margie, his life partner Arvilla (Rusti) Everett, sister Judy Moore and brother Billie Wayne Farley.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 5-8pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229.
The Family would like to thank Dr. Stephen M. Schultz, MD and the staff at the SueAnn Wortman Cancer Center at Hancock Regional Hospital. Tina, Jill, and the Staff at Cyprus Run at Morristown Manor in taking care of Bob during his battle.
In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association or to a charity of the donors choosing.
