Richard Mendenhall

Richard “Dick” Mendenhall, 87, went home to be with the Lord on April 30^th, 2023.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Judith Mendenhall.

One sister Ellen Baird, three sons James A. (wife Licia) Mendenhall, Guy M. (wife Karen) Mendenhall, and William M. (wife Taunya) Mendenhall, one daughter Patricia A. Legge, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Dick was born in Lebanon, Indiana on July 24^th, 1935, and lived a life enjoying horses, coffee, cars and traveling. He and Judy were founding members of Agape Christian church, and Dick served as an Elder there for many years. He retired from Naval Avionics in 1998.

Visitation for Dick will be Thursday, May 4^th, from 10-12pm, at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East. His funeral will begin at 12pm. He will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
