Randolph “Randy” Wayne Bingham, 63, of Indianapolis, IN passed away January 8, 2022 with his wife, Alice (Moore) Bingham by his side at Community North Hospital.
Randy was the oldest of six children born to the late Robert C. Bingham and Margaret E. Bingham on November 8, 1958 in Chula Vista, California. In 1961 Randy’s father completed his military training and moved his family to Indianapolis, Indiana so they could experience snow. Randy graduated from Lawrence Central High School. He graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2005 with a Machine Tool Technology Degree.
Randy enjoyed the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, hiking, gardening, and traveling to distilleries all over the United States. Randy also loved to travel to Yellowstone National Park, the Outer Banks, NC, and Gatlinburg, TN. Randy loved to meet up with his Marine brothers; Buddy Hardwick, Dad, and Bill Serra to relive their glory days and smoke cigars.
Randy was preceded in death by his father-in-law Tom Moore, followed by his children, Corey M. Bingham and Kimberly S. Bingham; and his father Robert C. Bingham.
Survivors include his wife, Alice (Moore) Bingham, siblings; Mary Beth Hemphill, Greg Bingham, Ted (Peggy) Bingham, James “Jim” (Desi) Bingham, and Bernadette Bingham; his sister-in-law Debbie Feduccia, brother-in-law Rick Moore; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Randy’s life will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 3-7pm at Flanner Buchanan, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229.
