Paul Eugene McClellan

Age 91, of Indianapolis, passed away January 12, 2016. Paul was born on November 19, 1924 in Rising Sun, IN to parents, Ollie and Mae (Harrison) McClellan. Paul served his country honorably in the U.S. Marine Corp during WWII. He was a graduate of Indiana University. Paul retired in 1991, after 42 years, from Citizens Gas (Citizens Energy Group), as Director of Customer Service.

He was a member of Eastgate Christian Church, Moose Lodge #17, VFW Post 6788, the American Legion, and the Indianapolis Yacht Club. In his spare time, Paul enjoyed boating, golfing, dancing and hosting the perfect party.
He was an avid IU and Colts fan – being a season ticket holder of the Colts since their move to Indianapolis.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his son, Steven McClellan. He will be lovingly missed by his wife, Andrea M. McClellan; son, Brett McClellan, daughter, Cheryl Smith (Steve); and grandchildren: Sarah Smith, Sydney Smith, Lia Smith and Tyler McClellan.

Visitation will be held from 10am-1pm on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, with funeral services following visitation at 1pm. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
