Paul "Davey" Wills

Paul “Davey” Wills, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away August 29^th, 2022. He was born in Indianapolis July 21^st, 1954, to parents Clifford and Betty Wills.

Davey grew up in Indianapolis and moved to South Carolina for a short time. Upon returning to Indy for a visit, he reconnected with Patsy (Stephens), who turned out to be the love of his life. They shared many wonderful years together, raising their daughters, and growing their family. Davey was always completely devoted to his “girlfriend”.

Davey was a very hard worker, and incredibly skilled. He worked several jobs throughout his life, most recently as a maintenance technician supervisor at Methodist Hospital.

Davey was an adventurous, strong gentleman, with a soft heart and wicked sense of humor. He was a skilled carpenter and mechanic. He could build or fix literally anything. Collecting and restoring cars was his passion, and he loved cruising around town in his new wheels. Davey always loved a good time. He and his wife Patsy were fabulous hosts to many house parties over the years. Music was a big part of his life. He enjoyed playing the harmonica (badly) and jamming out to his favorite tunes. Above all, Davey was a loving family man- a husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and brother.

He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Visitation for Davey will be Thursday September 1^st, from 3-7pm at Flanner Buchanan Memorial Park. His funeral service will begin at 7pm.

He will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
