Michael Lee Robertson

Age 59, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017.  Mike was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 9, 1958 to his parents, James David and Carolyn Jeanette (Simpson) Robertson.  He graduated from Arsenal Tech, where he was a member of the ROTC program.  After graduation, Mike entered into the workforce.  He worked for many years as a janitor for a company his mother owned, he also worked at a drycleaners and eventually went on to own his own drywall business.  He loved to build things and worked hard doing so.  Mike was devoted to his family and thoroughly enjoyed hosting family events and gatherings.  He enjoyed racing all around the country with his son, James; watching football and basketball; fishing, mushroom hunting; dancing and especially cooking.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, James and Carolyn.  He is survived by his wife, Irina Kotlova; children: Nick A. Robertson (Rachel), James M. Robertson and Lizzy A. Robertson (fiance, Matthew Pierce); step-children, Nikita Kotlova and Victoria Green; siblings: Rickey Robertson (Michelle), Angie Weaver (David) and James Robertson (Theresa); and his former spouse, Sue Cerk.

Family and friends may visit from 4pm until 8pm on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan- Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis.  Funeral services will be held at 10am on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the funeral home.
