Margaret Ann Reisinger

Margaret Ann Reisinger, 69 of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday January 13, 2021. She was born on November 19, 1951 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Donald Bernard and Rita Alexander Butler.

Margo loved people. She made everyone she met feel special because they were special to her. Margo had an engaging personality that brought out the best in people. She could light up a room with her warm smile. Her generous heart and kind spirit were always lifting up others. Margo shined the brightest when she was celebrating her family. She loved her family immensely. Her gregarious son, John and her beloved daughter in law, Shea blessed Margo with three beautiful grandchildren who became the center of her world. Margo was so proud of her family who helped her through her husband, Tom’s illness last year. Margo was able to find quiet contentment in sharing simple things with Tom like holding hands and watching TV by the fire.

Margo is survived by her son, John Thomas (Shea) Reisinger; grandchildren, Allison, Lucas, and Alexander Reisinger; sister, Mary (Roy) Berger; and brothers, Bobby (Raylaine) Butler, and Donny (Shirlee) Butler. She is preceded in passing by her husband of 48 years, Thomas Anthony Reisinger.

Friends and family are invited to gather at 10:30 am on Saturday January 16, 2021 in the Chapel at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery (9001 Haverstick Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46240), where a funeral service will begin at 11:00 am.
