Loretta Sue Snow

Loretta Sue Snow passed away on November 8, 2022. She was born on November 9, 1949, in Indianapolis, IN to her parents Kenneth and Agnes Snow.

Loretta was known lovingly as “Crazy Grandma”. She was the life of the party. There was never a dull moment with her around. She enjoyed various hobbies including gambling and fishing. She also loved to cook, especially for the holidays. Her specialties were chocolate fudge and potato salad. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She loved the snowy weather. Above all else, she loved her family, and she will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

Loretta is survived by her children, Lisa (Adam) McRoy, Kenny (Andrea) Humphress, Mindy (Stan) Humphress, and Amanda (John) Thompson; her grandchildren, Brianna, Nikki, Adam, Melissa, Alicia, Taylor, Makayla, Blaik, Jaden, John, Colt; her sisters, Linda Harris, Ann Braswell, Auretta Braswell, and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Tony Snow, Bill Braswell, David Braswell, Jerry Snow; her sisters, Janet Daurelle, Anna Mae Snow, Ruby Snow, and her great grandson Jayce Michael Ray Adams.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12 from 12pm – 2pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, 46229. The funeral service will begin at 2pm. She will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery
