She is survived by her mother, Bonnie Cisek; father and stepmother, Daniel and Mary Cisek; sons, Joshua Cline (Kristen), and Jacob Cline (Destiny); sisters, Kimberly Cisek and Deanna Hogan; step-brothers, Robert and David Johnson; grandsons Ethan and Elias Cline; and ex-husband Dave (Carol) Cline.
