Judith "Judy" Campbell

Judith “Judy” Campbell, 63, of Indianapolis, left this world too soon, on November 18^th, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis, December 25^th, 1957, to parents Ray and Betty (Bunch) Drake.

Judy attended Arsenal Tech high school. She worked various jobs during her lifetime, but found the most joy in being a homemaker, caring for her children.

In 1978, she married the love of her life, Jeff Campbell. They shared 43 wonderful years together.

Judy was a strong, loving woman, with a candid charm. She was a very hard worker and took great pride in her family. Judy adored spending time with her husband Jeff, her children, and grandchildren. In her free time, she liked relaxing around the house and watching soap operas.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Judy is survived by her husband Jeff; children Bettyjo (Chet) Ramsey; Wendy (Tim) Harvey; Jaylen (Tru) Sutton; grandchildren Ariana Evans, Haley Ramsey, Cayden Ramsey, and Ava Bullard; Great-grandchildren Liam and Oakleigh; siblings John Michael Drake, Sharon Ross, Charlie Drake, Diane Upchurch, Claudine Summers, and Carl Drake; mother-in-law Wanda Barker; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and two siblings Bobby Drake and Easter Drake.

Judy’s visitation will be Tuesday, November 23^rd, at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East, from 12-2pm. Her funeral will begin at 2pm. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
