Judith Hazel Marks

Judith Hazel Marks, age 83, entered eternal rest on March 13^th, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. Judy was born in Chicago, IL on August 10^th, 1938, to the late Marcus Hokanson and Roberta (Menefee) Hokanson. Judy was known for her creativity and resourcefulness and often used these talents in a variety of entrepreneurial businesses to support her family. She was a respected buyer and seller of antiques and she enjoyed creating and building beautiful miniature furniture and accessories for doll houses. She also enjoyed painting and spending time outdoors in her garden and loved being by the water. She will be remembered most for the pride she had and the joy she received from her children, grandchildren and family.

Judy is survived by her loving husband, Thomas O. Marks, her daughters, Kimberlee (Robert) Ageloff, Kerry (Robert) Perry and Kristin (Rene) Howard; her grandchildren, Marcus (Katie) Bowsher, Brittany Howard, Sara Howard, Teagan (Bryan) Paielli, Samantha Bowsher, Daniel Bowsher, Tatiana Perry, Alexander Perry, Kyle Ageloff, William Ageloff and Joshua Ageloff; her siblings Larry (Michael Siller) Hokanson and Janice (Mac) McCoy and ten great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Richard Bowsher, her grandson Jonathan Howard, her father Marcus Hokanson and her mother Roberta (Menefee) Hokanson.

A family graveside ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 26^th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229. Judy will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to made in Judy’s name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
