Joyce Claire Rajski

Joyce Claire Rajski, 89 of Carmel, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022.  Joyce was born June 7, 1933 in Chicago, IL to the late Clarence and Ruth Wilson.  She attended the University of Illinois where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Joyce was the widow of Daniel J. Rajski, having been married for 54 years at the time of his death. She is survived by her daughter Julia (Laura) Rajski; sister Jacqueline Jordan; niece Kimberly (David) Greig; nephew Bill (Linda) Jordan; great nephews Brett Greig, Christopher (Alexia) Greig; great niece Jacqueline Jordan and several other in-laws.

Joyce was a proud homemaker, member of the Carmel United Methodist Church and actively involved in the United Methodist Women (UMW) group in her younger years. She also spent many years bowling in the ‘Monday Nooners’ league at Woodland Bowl.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 6 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, where a funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm.
