Joyce Ann Glaze

Joyce Ann (Mahoney) Foy Glaze, passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 87. Joyce was born in Muncie, IN on September 4, 1935, to parents, Delmer L. Mahoney and Margaret Elizabeth (Burton) Sumner. Joyce worked several places throughout her career, most recently serving as a Store Manager with Walker Dry Cleaners. She was a member of McCordsville United Methodist Church, and the Moose Heart Lodge #17. Joyce was a go-getter and always doing something! She enjoyed travelling and spending time with family and friends whether they were shopping, visiting craft and hobby shows, or just taking a drive and being on-the-go. She also loved to come home each day to a warm welcome from her beloved pup and to spend time together cuddling and playing.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Delmer and Margaret; husbands, Walter R. Foy and Robert Martin Glaze; son, Brian L. Foy; and sister, Linda B. Beaty.

Joyce is survived by her children: Pamela A. Sorrell, Bruce R. Foy, and Brett A. (Laura) Foy; grandchildren: Stephanie, Travis, Crystal, Tiffany, Brennon, Brandon and Blake; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings: Phil Mahoney, Karin (Don) Waymire and Gary (Tim Cooper) Sumner; and many other loving extended family members and cherished friends.

Visitation will be held from 9am until 11am, Monday, November 14, 2022, at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East (10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis), where funeral services will immediately follow, beginning at 11am. Burial will follow services in Hopewell Cemetery (Farmland, IN).
