Jeffrey Scott Francis

Jeffrey S. Francis, 56, of Indianapolis Indiana passed away on August 16, 2018. He was born on August 18, 1961 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Millard and Norma Francis. Jeff graduated from Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis. Jeff spent the majority of his career in catering management and food service operations. This career started at Indiana State University in Terre Haute as a catering manager and included employment at restaurants including JDs in Bloomington, the Tellers Cage, Five Seasons Country Club, Indianapolis Athletic Club and Twin Lakes golf club in Indianapolis. Jeff was a talented chef and events coordinator for hundreds of successful events over his career. During his life, Jeff had a life time enjoyment of automobiles, outdoor activities, Facebook and spending time with his dog, Chloe. Jeff is survived by his mother, Norma Francis; father Millard Francis, brothers Mitchell and David. He also has many aunts, uncles and cousins in his family. The family wishes to give heartfelt thanks to all of Jeff’s friends and co-workers that he has known over the years. A Celebration of Jeffrey‘s Life will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan-Broad Ripple, 1305 Broad Ripple Ave., Indianapolis 46220. Visitation will be from 2-4 PM.
