Jeffery "Jeff" Scott Hood

Jeffery “Jeff” Scott Hood, 59, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis after complications from cancer, surrounded by loved ones. 

 He always had a way of lighting up a room, he could talk to anyone and make them laugh. His humor is one of the many qualities people loved most about him. His motto he lived by was “you always have to be able to laugh.”

 Jeff was always passionate about sports, some of his favorite teams included the Oklahoma Sooners, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Houston Astros. He was also a film buff which he shared with his daughter, Samantha. They spent many evenings eating Mexican food and watching horror movies, which they could always laugh at. 

 He is predeceased by his father, Louis Hood. He is survived by his daughter Samantha Arlowe, mother Shirley Hood, and brother Louis Hood.
