James E. Dossman, Sr.

James E. Dossman, Sr. 85, passed away on October 10, 2015 in Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife Pauline. Survivors include children, James E. (Christine) Dossman, Jr., Laura M. Dossman, Donna M. (Jeff) Bopp, Jeffrey M. (Penny) Dossman, and Martha M. (Michael) Matthews, 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

He worked as a Realtor/Appraiser for many years and was a member of MIBOR. He was a former instructor at Marian University.He attended St. Luke Catholic Church for 50 years and served as a Eucharistic Minister. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He served in the 147^th Infantry of the Army. He graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11:30am at St. Luke Catholic Church, Indianapolis, with visitation at the church beginning at 9:00 am. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation in James’ memory may do so to one of the following: Knights of Columbus, American Diabetes Association, or American Kidney Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple
