Jacob Ryan Wagner, 9, of Indianapolis passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
He was born on December 22, 2008 in Indianapolis to Ryan Patrick and Paula Marie (Jachimczak) Wagner. He was an active little boy who never let his disability slow him down. Jacob loved to swim, bowl, bounce on the trampoline, and play the keyboard. He loved music, especially Selena Gomez, and was so excited he had the opportunity to meet her in person at her concert. Jacob was a Cub Scout with Pack 107, Den 7 and loved his classmates and teachers at South Creek Elementary. He was an inspiration to all who knew him. Jacob could bring a smile to your face and loved to play jokes and laugh. He is survived by his loving parents; big sister, Erin Marie Wagner; and many special extended family members. Jacob also leaves behind his devoted caretakers, teachers, therapists and nurses. He has been reunited with his twin brother, Nolan Raymond Wagner, who passed away in utero.
