Jack Carter Rutherford

Jack Carter Rutherford, 57, of Indianapolis, IN passed away February 26, 2016. He was born October 3, 1958 to Jack and Francess Rutherford. He was owner of Aabes Hauling and demolition. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, a son Little Jack; sister, Frances Piel, brother, Joe Rutherford and his mother in law, Linda Whitney.

Jack is survived by his wife, Kimberly S. Rutherford of Indianapolis; children, Amy L. Rutherford (Perry) of Indianapolis, Angela Miranda of Greenwood, Brandon Jack Rutherford (Jessica) of Indianapolis and Justice “Mokes” Rutherford (Christian) of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Jaydon, Cameren, Lydell Carter, Noah, Gracelynn, Joshua, Zaylen Jack, Azyah Jax; sisters, Tina Jeffers, Linda Jarvis and Melissa Howard and his brother Jerry Rutherford all of Indianapolis.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, March 4, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
