Homer Roscoe Hasty 86 of Avon, formerly of Speedway, IN., passed away on January 19, 2023. Homer was born on July 6, 1936, in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky to Clarence and Effie Agnes (Doan) Hasty. Homer was a truck driver for Indiana Naval Stores which became Insco and now is Basco. Homer was preceded in death by his loving wife, Pasty N. Hasty, his siblings, Gertrude (Hasty) McClure, Jack Hasty, Wendell Hasty, Billy Hasty, Clarence Hasty Jr., and Tim Hasty. Homer leaved behind to cherish his memory, wonderful daughter, Teresa L. (Sherri Livingstone) Hasty of Fairland, IN, and son Scott A. (Tamatha) Hasty of Avon, IN, his beloved grandchildren, James Richards, Cory Richards, Ryan (Lindsy) Richards, Toni Land, Jordan (Karina) Judy, Amanda (Cesar) Galvez, Lyndsie Hasty his amazing great grandchildren, Bentlee Land, James, Joshua, Jackson, Jeanell and Jemma Richards, Zoe, Cory, Aaron, Alex, and Angela Richards, and Chanda, Caitlyn, Kali, Lillian and Cora Richards, and his precious great great grandchildren, Brysen and Jazmine Richards and his sister, Barbara L. Gilstrap.
