Helen Marie Lombardo

Helen Marie Lombardo, 91, of Noblesville, IN passed away on December 20, 2020.  Helen was born in Brown County, IN on April 25, 1929 to the late, Carl and Elizabeth (Walker) Smith.  During her career, Helen drove a school bus for two township schools.  She was a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Helen was a devoted mother who enjoyed cooking and working in her flower garden and especially loved her grandsons.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lombardo.  She had two sons from a previous marriage and is survived by her oldest son, Gary P. Matthews (Kathryn) and 2 grandsons, Zachary P. Matthews (Shannon) and Nathan R. Matthews (Natalie) and 1 great granddaughter, Kenzie M. Matthews. Her youngest son, Michael K. Matthews preceded her in death.

Due to Covid-19 concerns and restrictions, funeral services will be held privately on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 8540 E. 16^th Street, Indianapolis.  Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
