Hazel V. (McDonald) Odell

Hazel V. McDonald Odell, age 101, passed away August 9, 2019. Hazel was raised in Muncie, IN, where she worked as a secretary at Central Indiana Gas Company of Muncie. In 1963, she moved to Indianapolis where she worked at Wm. H. Blocks Department Store and later Lazarus. Hazel was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Indianapolis. She was also a member of Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority. Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Gene M. Odell. Hazel is survived by her son, Michael Odell; her daughter, Patricia Odell Beauregard; and her granddaughter Chelsea Beauregard. Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Flanner Buchanan- Broad Ripple, 1305 Broad Ripple Avenue, Indpls, 46220, where funeral services will immediately follow beginning at 1pm. Burial will be at Elm Ridge Memorial Park in Muncie, IN. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 100 W. 86th Street, Indpls, IN 46260.
