George Patrick Hanlon

Noblesville, Indiana

George Patrick Hanlon, 66 of Noblesville, IN passed away peacefully on Sunday December 2, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born on February 25, 1952 in Huntington, WV to the late John and Alberta Hanlon. George retired as a Senior Master Sergeant, and fire chief after 21 years in the U.S. Air Force. He was also a very active member of the Men’s Club at St. Philomena parish in Peoria, IL for many years.

George is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Debbie; son, Patrick (Courtney); daughter, Carrie; brothers, Mike (Pam), James (Pam), and Charles (Joella); sisters, Bonita (Jeff) Hudnall, Kathleen (Selby) Litton, and Patricia (Odie) Estep; and an abundance of extended family members.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Thursday December 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel, 325 E Carmel Dr., Carmel, IN 46032. Additional visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday December 7th at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 14598 Oak Ridge Rd., Carmel, IN 46032, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Matthew 25 Center, or The Heading Avenue Franciscan Sisters in West Peoria. Please visit www.flannerbuchanan.com to sign the online guest register.
