Belew, sons, Earl Samuel Phillips, Jr. (Rachel), William Belew, and Dylan Belew, grandchildren, William Belew, Jr. (Britanni), Amanda Belew, great-grandchildren, Bobbi Jo, Short, Chloe, Austin, Chrisa, Corey, Meadow, and John. Visitation will be held May 14, 2019 from 1:30p-3p at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis. Funeral services will follow there at 3p.
