Donald Richard Rowe

Donald Richard Rowe, 81, of Westfield passed away July 3, 2019. He was born January 22, 1938, in Chicago, IL the son of the late Edward Judson and Dorothy (Sanders) Rowe. He married Joanne (Kapturkiewicz) Rowe in 1963, and she preceded him in passing on June 11, 2009.

Donald retired as plumber from Brown’s Plumbing. He had also been previously employed by Walsh Plumbing. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, building model boats, and completing puzzles. He was an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan.

He is a survived by two daughters, Kim (Paul) Morow and Karen Grubman; three granddaughters, Celeste Morow, Alexis Grubman, and Samantha Grubman; a brother, Neal (Marge) Rowe; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by a brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Billie Rowe.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park, 4180 Westfield Road. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 8, 2019, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association, Heartland Hospice, or to the Hamilton County Humane Society.
