Donald L. Manes

74, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 30, 2016. Don was born on July 14, 1942 in Beech Grove, IN to the late Ross Roger and Mary Martha (Johnson) Manes. Don proudly served his country in the United States Marines. After service, Don worked for Link Belt for many years, before retiring in 2001. He was member of the V.F.W Post 908. He is survived by his wife Kazuko “Kay” (Yamashiro) Manes, sons Mark (Tammy) Manes, Matt (Leslie) Manes, a brother Michael Jordan, 7 grandchildren, Maxx, Megan, MaKay, MaKenzie, Maddie, MaKeon, MaKlayn and 3 great grandchildren with two more on the way. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4-8pm and Wednesday one hour prior to the service at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park, with services Wednesday at 11:00am in the funeral center.
