Denise Eileen Wilson

Denise Eileen (Young) Wilson of Avon, IN went home to be with the Lord on June 25, 2022.  For the last several months she was in and out of the IU Hospital in Indianapolis with cancer.  Her battle is finally over.

She was a member of the Avon United Methodist Church where she was a financial secretary and member of the Koinenia Women’s Group.  She was an accountant for her entire career and upon retiring she loved to travel.  She loved participating in 1/2 marathon walking races with her friends and daughter.  She was the President of her HOA. She loved all and will be greatly missed.

She is survived her husband Tom Wilson of Avon, IN, Stepmother Marie Young of Elkhart, IN, Son John (Jody) Beadle of Abilene, TX, Daughter Danielle (Adam) Marshman of Niles, MI, Stepson Travis (Lisa) Wilson of Broad Ripple, IN, Stepson Dylan Drake of Shelbyville, IN, brothers Rick (Paula) Young, Carl II Young, Russ (Michelle) Schutz, sister Christina Schutz, Stepsisters Anne (George) Brinzea, Karen (William) Dahman.  Also, may grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

She was born and raised in Bremen, IN.  She was proceeded in death by her parents Carl Sr. and Rose, as well as brother Timothy.

Services will be held on Friday, 7/1/2022 at Avon United Methodist Church 6850 E US Highway 36
Avon, IN  46123.  Viewing will be from 10AM – 1:00PM and funeral services will immediately follow.
