Deeya Delynn Brooks

Deeya "DeeDee" Delynn Brooks (nee Sequeira), M.D. of Cicero, Indiana passed away December 11th, 2022.  She was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, on June 19^th, 1964, to the late Dreena and Michael Brooks. Deeya is survived by her children, Andrew Harris and Brooklynn Sequeira; step-children, Stephanie, Brittany, Valerie, Sean, Claire, Ian; and siblings, Michael Brooks, Carla Brooks Hedback, and Sarah Arnstein Curry. She was preceded in death by husband Franklin Wilfred Sequeira. Deeya loved her work, serving as a physician for over 20 years. She was also a member of St. Maria Gioretti Church. Visitation will be Monday, December 19, from 10:30 am to 12 noon, with Funeral Mass at 12 noon, both at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 17102 Spring Mill Rd, Westfield, IN 46074. Deeya’s final resting place will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Deeya's memory may be made to the following: Brooklynn Sequeira Fund
