55, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on September 13, 2021 in Avon, Indiana.  Cindy was born on May 18, 1966 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She graduated from Ivy Tech with a bachelor’s degree.  She had been a manager for Fifth Third Bank in Mooresville, Indiana.  She is survived by her daughter, Abigayle Richmond and her parents, Judy, and Tom Richmond.  Memorial visitation will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 2 pm to 5 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her mother, Judy Richmond.
