Carl F. Comstock

Carl F. Comstock, 85 of Carmel, passed away at his home Thursday, July 20, 2023, surrounded by his family.  Carl was born October 12, 1937 in Indianapolis.  He was raised by his foster parents, Ralph and Clara McKinney of Westfield.  His greatest joy was being a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps and an active member of Carmel Friends Church.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 29 at Carmel Friends Church, where family and friends are invited to gather from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.

Carl is survived by his wife, Martha; children, Carl (Denise) Comstock, Teresa (Danny) Russel, Jeremy (Emily) Comstock; grandchildren, Carl Rocco (Norhan Bassiouny), Tony (Jen) and Ryan Comstock, Grant (Lauren) and Drake (Liz) Russel, Grady and Lydia Comstock; great-grandchildren, Owen, Landon, Henry and Samuel Russel.

In honor of Carl’s love of golf, casual dress is encouraged.
