Brenda Marie Foster

Brenda Marie Foster, 59, passed away on September 9, 2022.

She was born on February 15, 1963 in Indianapolis, to John and Rosella Foster.

Brenda loved life and she always has a big smile when she saw anyone. She loved her cat, Patches, and all the other pets that she had throughout the years – which was a lot!

She loved her family so much and loved spending time with them. She loved arts, crafts, coloring, and music, especially Bob Seger and Elvis. She loved playing Yahtzee and would always win. Brenda also loved watching Little House on the Prairie. If you came in the house, it was always on. Even if she had seen the same episode before, she acted like it was the first time ever. It always made her family smile and giggle.

Brenda will be missed dearly. She is with her parents; brother, Robert; and grandparents.

Left to cherish her memory is her older sister, Jeanetta “Jan” Colclazier; younger brothers, Richard Foster and Paul Foster; nephews, Eric Foster, Jason Jones, Wyatt Foster, Richard Jr. Foster, Nathan Foster, Patrick Foster; niece, Erica Gorton; aunt, Darlene; and many great nieces and nephews; and special cousins, Leanna and Andy.

Funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229, with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of service.
