Brenda Lee Wolfe

Brenda Lee Wolfe, 71, of Paragon, Indiana passed away on February 27, 2020. Brenda was born in Indianapolis, on November 27, 1948 to the late Ward E. Wolfe Sr. and Opal Johnson. Brenda could best be remembered by her free spirit and loving nature. Brenda being the social butterfly she was, never met a stranger and would offer help to anyone in need. She was an amazing example to her family and taught them the true meaning of unconditional love. Brenda embodied selflessness, compassion, and love. Her heart was pure. The world would be a better place if there were more people in it like Brenda. Brenda loved her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren and furbabies. Brenda was also a phenomenal friend to many. She loved them dearly, and maintained many friendships lasting several decades. She was an avid gardener, and collecter of plants. Brenda loved to travel, and she even lived in various states throughout her life. Brenda so enjoyed reading and collecting books. She was an office manager for many years in a dental office on the northwest side of Indy. Brenda will be missed deeply by all of the lives she has touched.

Brenda is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Jones and Jennifer Houston; her siblings, Deborah Wolfe, Ward E. Wolfe Jr., and Linda Ross; her grandchildren, Heather, Jessica, Desiree, Dylan, Wylan, and Darrian; her great-grandchildren, Brayden and Jared; her furbabies, Ace and Buddy; and several loved nieces and nephews.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son, Vance E. Jones Jr.; her siblings, John Schleiter and Frances Whalin; and her furbabies, Snickers and GiGi.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 5-7PM at Flanner Buchanan—Floral Park, 425 N Holt Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46222. A celebration of life will begin at 7PM.
