Brenda Kay Milton
75, of Indianapolis, passed away May 15, 2018. She was born on March 10, 1943 in Scottsburg, IN to Theodore R. and Wilma H. Williams.
Brenda is a graduate from Washington High School in Indianapolis. After graduating she eventually went to work as an analyst at Eli Lilly, where she worked for 42 years before retiring. Brenda’a greatest love in life was her family. Hosting parties, cooking, and taking care of her daughter and grandchildren was always something very special to her. Brenda treated each day and event like a special one. One of her best-known quotes is “Every day’s a holiday, every meal’s a banquet.”
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Lisa K. Williamson; grandchildren, Kyle Culmann and Kristina Williamson; sister, Linda (Sid) Voltz; brother, Doug (Nancy) Williams; and one great-granddaughter on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be Friday, May 18, 2018 from 4-8pm at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd. W. Dr., Indianapolis, IN, 46228. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10am also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to the American Heart Association.
