Bonnie J. (Mathers) Schaub, 89, of Carmel, IN passed away November 18, 2022, at IU West Hospital in Avon, IN. She was born March 31, 1933, in Cambridge, OH, the daughter of Dewey W and Nellie G (Wilson) Mathers. She graduated from Cambridge Brown High School class of 1950. She retired after 30 years working for Allstate Insurance Co. as an Underwriter & Customer Service Representative. She was a 50-year member of Faith Presbyterian Church. She was a proud member of the American Businesswomen’s Association (Circle City Connections branch) for 32 years, where she was president 3 years, vice president 4 years. She loved her flowers and was a member of the Broad Ripple Garden Club. She dearly loved her family and friends! Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life of 69 years, Richard O. (Dick) Schaub; siblings, M. Lucille Bugg, Robert W. Mathers, Carl H. Mathers. She is survived by children: Diane C. (Stanley) Graves Monrovia, IN, Alan R. (Tamara Brooks) Schaub Danville, IN, Steven L. (Kelly Gross) Schaub Noblesville, IN; 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren; Sister-in-laws, Joan C. (Schaub) Boyd, Nancy (DeSelm) Schaub, Carol Schaub, and many nephews and nieces. Memorial services will be held at Flanner Buchanan - Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis, IN on Saturday, December 3, 2022, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. and Celebration of Life service at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to Faith Presbyterian Church, 8170 Hague Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46256.
