Betty Kinder Case

Betty Kinder Case, 93, of Indianapolis, Indiana, died peacefully in the morning of February 12, 2017. She was under the care of the kind and loving staff of the American Village Senior's Community.

Betty was born on November 29, 1923 in Jennings County, Indiana to Forrest Kinder and Mabel Hargesheimer Kinder.

She graduated from Lovett High School and attended Indiana University where she was a member of the Tri Kappa sorority; she remained an active member of the sorority throughout her life. She moved to Indanapolis where she pursued a career as a secretary and in finance. She worked for the FBI and several small entrepreneurial companies. She married Woodrow Case June 3, 1951.

Betty enjoyed playing golf and doing volunteer work at the Indiana State Museum and Community North Hospital.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her son Gregory, his wife Donna, and her son Brian.

A small, family service will be held on a date to be determined in the late spring.

Memorial contributions on Betty's behalf may be made to the Indianapolis Zoo or the Indiana State Museum.
