Anthony J. Logan, 86, Noblesville, passed away February 5, 2016. He was born February 11, 1929, in Indianapolis, the son of the late Thomas Andrew Sr. and Helen (McCann) Logan. He married Florence Houk in 1954, and she preceded him in passing on February 15, 2006.
Tony received his Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University. He enjoyed a long and rewarding career with the Archdiocese, where he was the executive director of the St. Elizabeth’s Home for 30 years before his retirement in 1989. He enjoyed playing poker, golfing, and woodworking.
He is survived by his children, Patrick (Christine) Logan, Kevin (Suzanne) Logan, Christine Betzler, and Teresa Logan; eight grandchildren; Denise, Katie, Joey, Dalton, Zach, Darby, McKensie, and Mari; and a sister, Helen Desautels.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 11, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 10655 Haverstick Road. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February, 10, 2016, at Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive.
